FELIZ NAVIDAD
Christmas is my favorite time of year! It's just so happy! Christmas traditions are so much fun! Ever since I can remember, I have been practicing these traditions. They include making and decorating gingerbread cookies with my grandma, opening one present on Christmas eve, and listening to the Carpenter's Christmas album while decorating our Christmas tree. Although these are all very special, I think my most favorite Christmas tradition is on Christmas Eve when we turn off all the lights in my house and light candles. My mom reads the birth story of Jesus and my brother and I act it out with a nativity scene while she reads. I remember doing this all my life and it is a very special Christmas memory to me. As we are in the midst of the Christmas season, my prayer for all of you is that you will not forget the reason we celebrate this holiday. It seems Christmas gets more and more commercialized every year. It's very sad. So lets not forget that it all comes down to a babe in a manger. Merry Christmas everyone!!! 18 days left....

Hi...so the other day I posted a comment on this blog but it isn't here.....We are going to go and check out the downtown market in Autlan in just a few min. I am excited, it will bring back memories of Tecate. I love all of the pictures that you posted! I really need to put some pics up on my blog. I will have to do that in the next few days.
I love you and miss you tons!!!!!

This Christmas I really want to portray the real reason for the season. Some people think it is a fun time for good food, santa, and presents. Some people think it is a time where you are obligated to spend time with your family. And some people think it is all about remembering to give. None of these are true(except for maybe the latter a little bit in the sense that God gave His son). We all need to remember that this is simply a celebration of the day Jesus Christ was born. How amazing is that! Man I wish I could've been that little drummer boy(i know there probably wasn't one but that would be cool, right?) and see the one and only Son of God in the flesh!!! So, thanks for your blog about what CHRISTmas is about. And all of your traditions sound super fun! Especially the one about you and your brother acting out the nativity.
Love ya! See you at church tomorrow!!!

Hi Hannah. I figured this thing out. I really want to kidnap you right now and force you to breathe and not do homework for a little bit, but that would probably make things worse because you would be worried about getting your homework done. So I won't kidnap you. But kidnapping sounds really fun. How about I do it during Chrismtas break, ok? Till then, if you need help with anything, let me know. Love you Hans. You can surivive... I promise!
Hi Hans!
Yay, I finally got an account so I can leave comments! I hope you had a fantabulous Christmas. I can't wait for TLC! I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning. To quote "Elf", I love you, I love you, I LOVE YOU!!!!! :- )
